A lifelong plant love, performer, and beauty creator, it’s no surprise I have strong Taurus placements (Sun & Moon). On this page you’ll find out about all of the relevant experience, apprenticeships, and coursework I have worked through. Thanks for being here!

Apprenticeships
Saoirse has assisted Ixeeya Beacher, a women’s shamanic dance and ritual healer, for six years and in an ongoing basis.
From her website, https://www.ixeeyalin.com/
“Ixeeya Lin is a devoted somatic healer and modern priestess devoted to unleashing the brilliant wisdom of the body-earth connection worldwide. She has a unique wellness plan… eat, pray and dance with the earth to awaken vitality, heal trauma and disease in the body and empower your gifts and mission.
Founder of the Healing Dance Institute, Womens Tent and WOMB Dance, she has supported thousands of women, men and children around the world with her unorthodox methodologies that heal shame and grief so that you can embody your inner power and prepare for soul renewal. Her decades of somatic (body) shamanic (spiritual, earth-based) and transformational healing movement-training has given her deep insights into what we need as modern beings to carry the ancient wisdom paths forward with us to have our ecstatic breakthroughs and live more balanced, inspired and connected to true self love and feel your “why” for living.“
Ixeeya has been one of my greatest mentors. Working with her has taught me over and over to come back to practice and to pleasure ~ and to actually make pleasure a practice! Her wisdom is fierce and direct in it’s potency, and assisting her in her group work demanded both my awareness and surrender. I learned to listen to the group, to hear what was needed around the room, while also having the capacity to drop deeply in to my self and feminine essence. As a ritual facilitator she has modeled grace and potency as well as both importance in the details and the necessity to surrender to letting them all go. Ixeeya reminded me the magic exists here, on this earth, now, and how to access it. She also taught me the incredible importance of DANCE and how dance is a meditation, an embodiment practice, a portal, a cross, and full. of. pleasure. Working with her has largely made me into the woman and ritual facilitator that I am.
Saoirse apprenticed with modern mystic and world renowned artist, Willow Arlenea in pagan lore and earth based ritual.
During her mentorship with Willow Arleana, Saoirse learned Goddess ritual traditions from many different cultures, particularly Celtic and European. As well as meditation techniques and presencing practices to bring awareness to emotional turbulence. These practices blend well with shamanic womb and rewilding work. Willow taught Saoirse how to lead women’s rituals and create a safe and grounded container for women to feel supported.
Saoirse hosted The Goddess Grove at ARISE for 4 years.
This is a women’s only camping and temple space where she and her co-creatress, Alexandra Tilottama Grajeda, facilitated women’s healing ritual work and created a safe container for women to connect with sisterhood, safety, and nourishment. The responses and beauty that came from this space and experience have been immeasurable. During this festival she was also responsible for tending the festival’s sacred fire and assisting with the coordination of The Red Tent.

What Inspires Me
Project Drawdown is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reversing climate change through ‘drawdown’. Drawdown is the process by which we draw carbon out of the atmosphere and back into the land and plant life. Here is a talk from Katherine Wilkinson that really inspires me and my work.
Robin Wall Kimmerer is one of my greatest inspirations and role models. In this video, she explores the gifts of the earth and questions for a resilient future.
Another one of my greatest role models is Gloria Steinem, one of the leaders of the feminist movement. I love this interview with her and the wisdom she shares.

Ritual Weaver Based in Colorado
Saoirse (see-ur-sha) is a ceremonial singer/harpist, birth and postpartum doula, wild creative, farm hand, and ritual weaver. She has guided healing rituals for the last 10 years in a few different modalities. Saoirse was brought in to a path of studying the sacredness of plants 10 years ago through Brazilian lineages. She has continued to cultivate her relationship to the earth, the elements, the stars, and internal awareness through dedication. Saoirse has been given the incredible opportunity to study with indigenous elders from North and South America. Foundationally she has learned from these incredible and resilient lineages about living in a healthy way with the Earth and all of our relations. Thank you, truly, to the ancestors of these lands of the Americas and those that have carried on these traditions.
The gifts of these teachings have guided her into a deeper personal study of plants and herbs. Through this and other studies she has come to have a deeper understanding of the earth based traditions of her own Celtic and Nordic ancestry. A life long gardener, she found herself becoming a regenerative agriculture enthusiast 5 years ago, again connecting the traditional knowledge of indigenous traditions with the activism of food sovereignty. Her love of this wild, beautiful Earth eventually led her to study Environmental Justice and Performance Arts, an undertaking she is still working on. Saoirse was also the Executive Director of an agricultural nonprofit, Lyons Community Farm Project where she acquired skills in grant writing, fundraising, and an inside understanding of how nonprofit organizations operate. She is now dedicated her full energy to school, motherhood, PlantSong, and performance.
